Further teasing previous announcements, Kaguya-sama: Love is War will get a new anime film. This movie will take a big step in the love story of Kaguya and Miyuki’s team!
Kaguya-sama: What is love and war?
Kaguya-sama: Love Is War – Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai?: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen is a manga by Aka Akasaka. The story is of the romantic comedy genre and focuses on the love relationship between two students, Miyuki and Kaguya. They secretly have a good impression of each other, and neither of them intends to confess first. Instead, they’ll figure out a way to get the other side to confess to them!
In early 2019, Kaguya-sama: Love is War was adapted into an animation by A-1 Pictures. The film easily garnered a strong response from the audience and was hugely popular. As of July 2022, Kaguya-sama: Love Is War has completed all three anime seasons, and Season 3 has a very high score on MyAnimeList.

Kaguya-sama: Love is War has a new anime movie!
Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Season 3 ended, and world audiences were immediately informed of a new animation project for the Confession War series. After many days of waiting, the official information has been released to let us know that the upcoming Kaguya-sama: Love is War project will be an anime movie!
In the August issue of Newtype magazine, the new Kaguya-sama: Love Is War anime project will be a new anime project titled: Kaguya-sama Wa KokurasetaiL First Kis Wa Owaranai – Kaguya-sama: Love Is War: The First Kis Never Ends Movie. As we all know, the film will be adapted after the third season of the original storyline of the same name – after Kaguya and Miyuki kiss!
Currently, no details about the film have been announced. We can fully predict, though, that the film will still retain the same crew and familiar voice cast as A-1 Pictures.
Kaguya-sama: Love is War movie premiere date
Based on the current information, we can guess that Kaguya-sama: Love is War movie will be released in Japan in 2023 – most likely April-October. The film is currently getting a lot of support. Positive, so it may be licensed in cinemas and shown in Vietnam.
Update: The title of the movie is Kaguya-sama: Love is War – The First Kiss Never Ends. It is expected to air in winter 2023.
