Kusunoki Tomori – Makima

Prior to playing Makima, 1999 seiyuu Tomori was known for her roles as Misha in Demon King Academy, Karen in Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online, Setsuna in Love Live, Futaba in Senpai Ga Uzai Kouhai No Hanashi. The common point in her roles are young girls with lovely voices.

Toya Kikunosuke – Denji
Denji is Kikunosuke’s first serious anime voice acting role. Previously, this guy born in 1998 mainly worked in the art field. Through the trailers, it can be realized that Kikunosuke still has many shortcomings. However, many people still have high expectations for this rookie.
Sakata Shougo – Hayakawa Aki
Playing as Aki will be Shougo, a young seiyuu from Oda Eiichiro’s hometown. Shougo only started his voice acting career a few years ago. His roles are mostly supporting roles that are not too memorable. If I had to mention the most special point about this guy, perhaps the voice acting for 4 different characters in Shaman King 2021 is the most outstanding.
Aki will be the second main character that Shougo joins in. I hope he will fulfill this role and become more famous in the future.
Fairouz Ai – Power
The energetic girl Power will be voiced by Fairouz Ai, a Japanese-Egyptian seiyuu. Among the main characters, Fairouz Ai is probably the most “powerful” seiyuu. She has previously voiced Mikey in Tokyo Revengers, Jolyne in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Hibiki in Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru. Ai’s voice is both strong, and a little mischievous and feminine, very suitable for the role of Power.

Takahashi Karin – Higashiyama Kobeni
Contributing to the “comedian” Kobeni is Karin. This beautiful seiyuu is the one who voiced Suika in Dr.Stone, Hildegard in Assault Lily. She is also the voice of the character Van Gogh in the famous game Fate/Grand Order. With her lovely, clear voice, how will Karin portray Kobeni?
Ise Mariya – Himeno
Although only a supporting character, Himeno is voiced by a very capable actor, Ise Mariya. In the past, she has been the seiyuu of Killua in Hunter X Hunter, Pillar Rengoku in Kimetsu No Yaiba, Ray in The Promised Neverland, Reg in Made In Abyss, Tooru in Detective Conan and many more. Mariya’s voice would definitely suit a cool character like Himeno.
Tsuda Kenjirou – Kishibe
Tsuda Kenjirou is considered a “real person version” of Tatsu’s character in The Way of a Husband. This uncle’s strong masculine voice has also partly created the attraction for Nanami in Jujutsu Kaisen, Mikoto in K, Kaiba in Yu-Gi-Oh or Chisaki in My Hero Academia. Yashiro Taku – Arai Hirokazu
Playing the “popular character” Hirokazu is Yashiro Taku. This male seiyu has participated in many famous anime projects, such as Michio in Isekai Meikyuu De Harem Wo, Natsuo in Domestic Na Kanojo. The number of characters he has voiced is numerous – although most of them are supporting characters. Hirokazu is a rather lackluster character in Chainsaw Man. Izawa Shiori – Pochita
So far, this is the last seiyuu announced by MAPPA to join Chainsaw Man. Shiori is an active seiyuu/actor for many years. In the field of anime voice acting, she is mainly chosen to play cute petite characters and creatures such as Nanachi in Made In Abyss, EM Pino in Edens Zero, Pina in Sword Art Online. With the accumulated experience, Lag believes that she will play the role of Pochita perfectly.
